What We Do
We offer residential and day support services committed to providing care, treatment, and services to individuals 18 years of age and older who have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities. We specialize in helping “difficult to place” individuals.
We are a fully licensed DD Waiver Residential Program through the state of Virginia DBHDS and we are affiliated with the HCBS & LHRC.

Our Management Team
Christopher Brown, Executive Director
Meet Christopher Brown, our passionate Executive Director. With over 15 years of experience, Christopher has been dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses across diverse settings, including schools, residential settings, and in the community at large.
As the positive behavior supports instructor for our organization, Christopher utilizes The Mandt System, a holistic approach aimed at preventing, de-escalating, and intervening when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals and those around them.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Christopher finds joy in exploring the world through travel and perfecting his golf swing. With his unwavering passion for making a positive impact and his love for life’s adventures, Christopher embodies the heart and soul of our organization.
Eric Blakeney, Operations Director
Introducing Eric Blakeney, our dedicated Operations Director. With over a decade of experience in human services, Eric demonstrates an unwavering commitment to safety and support within our organization.
Eric also serves as our company’s Human Rights Representative, advocating passionately for fairness and equality among members of our organization.
In his downtime, Eric enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, casting lines, and embracing moments of tranquility by the water. For Eric, fishing isn’t just a hobby; it’s his avenue for connecting with nature and achieving balance in life.
Clarence Coachman, III, Residential Manager
Introducing Clarence Coachman, our dedicated Residential Manager! With over a decade of experience in supporting individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities and other mental health diagnoses, Clarence is our go-to guy for ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Clarence is also our CPR and First Aid Instructor, ensuring our staff members are well-prepared to handle any situation with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Clarence is a devoted #girldad and actively contributes to community initiatives, spending his free time making a difference wherever he goes.
Cathy Caffacus, Office Manager
Introducing Cathy Caffacus, our devoted Office Manager. Cathy has over 30 years of experience in office administration and marketing.
In addition to running the day-to-day operations of our office, Cathy assists with our marketing and Human Resources operations. She shares her passion for service and her empathy for others in all she does.
In her spare time, Cathy enjoys playing various musical instruments and singing, is a devoted “Nana” to her granddaughter, and is a lover of all things Star Trek.
