At Unitus Family Services, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build skills, make connections and take part in everyday life. From day programs and community activities to residential and in-home support, we work with each person toward the goals that matter to them.

Center-Based Day Support Services
Activities, everyday skill building and time with friends at our Hampton
facility.
Community Engagement
Community outings and opportunities to build skills and relationships, with access to
our Hampton facility and its amenities.
Community Coaching
One-on-one support to practice skills during everyday community activities.
Adult Residential Group Home
A comfortable home with 24-hour staff support for daily routines and
individual goals.
In-Home Support
Help with everyday routines and skills in the individual’s own home or family home.
Visit Our Hampton Day Program
Our Hampton building offers space to learn, connect and enjoy the day. Individuals can shoot hoops on our
basketball court, relax under the gazebos, spend time in the gardening area or gather with friends in our
outdoor living space. Our Center-Based Day Support program primarily takes place at the facility. Our
Community Engagement program also meets here and uses the amenities while keeping community outings at
the heart of the day.

Friday Meals at Unitus
Every Friday, we provide a meal for individuals in our Center-Based Day Support and Community Engagement
programs. From pizza and salads to favorites from Taco Bell, KFC, Wendy’s, Panera Bread and more, it’s a chance
to enjoy good food and finish the week together.
Family and Friends Day
Our annual Family & Friends Day brings the individuals we support, their families, friends and our team together
for food, music, games and time with one another.
