Center-Based Day Support Services
Our Center-Based Day Support program gives adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a place to connect, practice everyday skills and enjoy activities that interest them. The program primarily takes place at our Hampton facility, with a structured day that makes room for individual choices and goals.
Space to Learn and Enjoy the Day
Our program includes opportunities for everyday skill building, social activities, movement and creative projects.
Our outdoor spaces give individuals more ways to stay active, spend time with friends and relax.
– Basketball court for shooting hoops and being active.
– Gazebos for shade, conversation and outdoor breaks.
– Gardening area for planting and caring for a garden.
– Outdoor living space for gathering and enjoying fresh air.
Friday Meals at Unitus
Fridays at Unitus bring something extra to the table. Every Friday, we provide a meal for the individuals in our day program, with favorites such as pizza, salads, Taco Bell, KFC, Wendy’s, Panera Bread and more. Sharing a meal gives everyone a chance to spend time together and enjoy the end of the week.
